Refugee & Migrant Women's Initiative

Refugee and Migrant Women’s Initiative (RAMWI) served the Tampa Bay community from 2013 to 2026. Though the organization has dissolved, its mission lives on through the Florence Ackey Resilient Futures Fund at Community Foundation Tampa Bay.

The Florence Ackey Resilient Futures Fund will support refugee and migrant scholars and entrepreneurs for generations to come, ensuring that Florence’s legacy of compassion and empowerment endures.
